1. Do you offer free shipping on kitchen appliances from ILVE, Verona, Thor, Summit, Empava, and Cosmo?

Yes, most kitchen appliances from Thor Kitchen, Summit, and Empava qualify for free shipping within the continental U.S.. Oversized, custom, or freight-only items may include a small additional charge, which will be clearly noted before checkout. However, we charge for shipping for ILVE, Verona, and Cosmo. Some exceptions apply, please contact sales@castleandcabana.com for further information.

2. How long does delivery take for these premium kitchen brands?

Typically, shipping times depend on the brand, stock status and season. In-stock appliances from brands like Cosmo, Empava, Summit and Thor  usually ship within 3–7 business days, while imported or custom models from ILVE and Verona may take 4-24 weeks. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. Please contact sales@castleandcabana.com for further information on shipping times.

Do ILVE, Verona, Thor, Summit, Empava, and Cosmo appliances include a warranty?

Yes, every appliance brand we carry comes with a manufacturer-backed warranty covering material or manufacturing defects. Warranty periods vary — typically 1–2 years — and can be extended for select models. Contact our team for specific warranty details per brand.

4. Can you assist with appliance installation or setup?

Definitely. While Castle & Cabana doesn’t install appliances directly, we can recommend certified professionals or coordinate with your contractor to ensure your ILVE range, Thor gas cooktop, Empava oven, or Summit refrigerator is installed safely and efficiently.

5. What should I do if my kitchen appliance arrives damaged or incomplete?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. You must follow instructions under our Shipping Policy. If an item arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll quickly arrange for a replacement or resolve the issue directly with the carrier and brand.
